Press Release Chignecto Presbytery of the United Church of CanadaSeptember 01, 2008 The RAVE Project was invited by Rev. Steve Berube of the Chignecto Presbytery of the United Church of Canada to make a presentation to their clergy and lay leaders. Barb and Cathy explained the Project and guided all of those gathered at St. Paul’s United Church in Riverview, NB through the site. Following the presentation, we distributed copies of stories from both the Mending Broken Hearts and Stories of Hope and Inspiration After Violence on-line training lessons. Participants gathered in groups to read the stories and discuss their responses. This was followed by a very interesting plenary discussion. |
